Our team is dedicated to pushing boundaries, and we are looking for a talented Systems Integration Engineer to play a key role in bringing our vision to life.
Job Description:
As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of system integration of aerospace systems, including operational deployment and system maintenance. You will ensure that systems are seamlessly integrated, perform to specification, and operate reliably under challenging conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade ground system servers and workstations from RedHat Linux 7 to 8.
- Update ground system test scripts from Python 2 to Python 3
- Contribute to infrastructure configuration to achieve a high level of availability and resilience, meeting defined service levels and business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and make enterprise recommendations related to standards, security, projects, implementations, rollouts, etc.
- Conduct system-level testing, including functional, performance, environmental, and validation testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in system integration, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of RedHat Linux server operating systems and administration
- Proficiency in Python and Bash shell scripting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
